Fléville-devant-Nancy

Fléville-devant-Nancy is a little town near Nancy. The town has grown around the castle.
The dungeon (height : 30 meters ) was built in 1320. Richelieu spared the dungeon during the thirty years war.
The construction of the castle ended in 1533 as his owner, Nicolas Lutzelbourg, was in Italy with Louis XII and François I, where he saw the beauty of the Italian quatrocento.
The castle of Fléville-devant-Nancy is a perfect example of the first French Renaissance (pure lines, harmony ...)

Bon soir! (well it is here)

I would love to get to Nancy one day. Specifically to the Beaux Arts museum, for there is a caravaggio painting there I would love to see! Maybe one day you can photograph it for me???
