Theme day : water

Oui, il y a un port de plaisance à Nancy, sur la Moselle. Il accueille chaque année plus de 1500 bateaux de toutes nationalités.

There is a marina in Nancy, on the river called "Moselle". This marina accomodate more than 1.500 boats each year from different countries.

c'est fou, j'ai completement zapper qu'il y avait un port de plaisance à Nancy. Je crois n'avoir jamais mis les pieds dans ce port. Il a l'air tres mignon

Non, non, même si c'est étonnant, ce n'est pas un poisson d'avril! Au début je croyais que mes collègues se payaient ma tête lorsqu'elles parlaient du "port" de Nancy; Alors je suis allée vérifier par moi même! Il y a même une péniche restaurant "la bergamote" (ça ne s'invente pas) et une péniche boîte de nuit "l'ô". Mais je vous rassure, c'est un tout petit port!

belle photo... c'est ma ville préférée et j'y vais souvent mais je réalise que je n'ai jamais vu la marina. j'y serai en juin prochain et je me promet de faire un grand tour et la voir cette marina... demande spéciale : serait-il possible de voir des photos de la rue St-Jean, du tramway.. question de me faire patienter d'ici ma visite! merci

Hé merci à l'avance! Parlant de la rue St-Jean, on m'a fait connaître le meilleur petit pain au chocolat à l'Épi d'Or, donc, impossible maintenant de ne pas nous y arrêter pour en déguster un. Et à ma dernière visite, j'ai mangé leur pâté lorrain, c'était un délice!

Ce port (le port Sainte-Catherine) est pourtant tout près du centre-ville, au bord du canal, au bout de la rue Saint-Jean (prolongée par la rue Saint-Georges, la place de la Division de Fer et le début de l'avenue du XXème Corps, si l'on veut chipoter...). Et c'est vrai que c'est joli. La ballade se prolonge idéalement dans le prolongement du port avec le Jardin d'Eau, un parc aquatique très agréable, même si les nouveaux immeubles voisins sont très laids...
